While we will try our best to get all orders shipped to you as soon as possible, timings can vary according to our suppliers. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment has been received. We will aim to deliver locally sourced products within 5 working days and any custom made items will vary according to the supplier.
We use reputable courier services which also allows you the option to track your parcel once shipped. If you would like to track your order please email us and we will send you your tracking details.
Main Centres:
All items will be shipped as economy, 0-10kg, 5-10 days, unless otherwise requested by the customer and any additional charges will be charged to the client. The above information is related to major centers only and any other lying locations will be quoted on and may take a little longer.  Standard shipping charges will be charged, except oversized items, travel systems, car seats and furniture, which will carry a delivery fee based on size and weight, and will be quoted accordingly. The Kiddie Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to apply delivery charges on irregular orders. Furniture, travel systems, car seats and oversized items will incur additional delivery charges.
    • Please validate number of parcels delivered.
    • If the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
    • Open carefully. Try not to use a blade as this could cut into the product/s and potentially damage it/them.
    • If for any reason the package has to get returned to us, please make sure that you repackage the parcel into its original package and follow the return process listed on our website.
