Returns & Exchange Policy

You are welcome to return or exchange any product that you may be unhappy with within 7 days of receiving it. This will be at our expense.

No sale items can be exchanged or refunded.

If the period exceeds 7 days, you are welcome to return the product, at your expense.

The conditions for the above must be that the product be unopened and in a resalable condition. Packaging must not be damaged.

If the incorrect item was shipped to you or arrived damaged, a replacement order, exchange or refund will be offered to you and shipping will be at our expense.

Any pre-made gift sets, bags or items must be returned as the whole original set and individual units cannot be returned.

Items that will be excluded from the above is any product that is of a hygienic nature, skincare or any item that was made to the customer’s specifications. Items that will also be excluded are items that are not in the original, sealed, undamaged packaging as well as assembled items.

If a return is to be made, an e mail must be sent to info@thekiddiecompany.co.za stating the reason for the return. Once approved, the product/s can be shipped back. Please note that no transaction can take place to the customer until the goods have arrived back to The Kiddie Company, together with a prior email to The Kiddie Company stating the exact reason for the return and the authorization thereof.
